What conventional medicine does well is acute care: fixing broken bones, unclogging arteries, removing cancers. But it is less successful at recognizing the way that emotion, trauma, and our experience drive health and healing. Reiki helps pull your body out of its stress state so that it can actively partner with conventional medicine to bring about healing. It is safe, has no contraindications, and cannot interfere with any medical care you are receiving.

The number and frequency of Reiki sessions often depends on your situation and preferences. Some individuals benefit from a single session, while others benefit from sequential sessions all in the same week or month. For all sessions, I can come to you for a small mileage charge or you can come to my studio space.
